TRANSFERRING VIDEOS

In addition to music and picture files, you can also
transfer video files from your computer to watch on
your player.
NOTE: The .MTV file format required by the player is
not compatible with Windows Media Player 11. Video
transfer will require some knowledge of computers so
is recommended for advanced users only.

Converting video files to .MTV format:

Video  files  may  be  found  in  a  variety  of  different
formats,  the  most  common  are  .MPG  and  .AVI  etc.
These  files  are  not  directly  compatible  with  your
player so will need conversion using format conversion
software.
Video  Converter  software  is  supplied  on  a  CD-ROM
with  your  player.  Before  attempting  to  transfer  any
files you should install the format conversion software
onto your computer.
Once Video Converter is installed, run the program.
The opening screen for Video Converter is shown on
the right.
