Troubleshooting
lf the device does NOT work as car charger or Power Bank
Check whether the adapter is suitable for your mobile
phone/electronic equipment.
Check whether the product shuts down automatically. If yes, just
activate the product by charging the built-in battery.
lf the charger has not been used longer then 3 month, the power
of the built-in battery will be exhausted. lf the charging indicator is
weak, the charger could not charge your mobile phone.
Solve this
problem by charging the built-in battery (3–4 hours with the included
USB cable). Then it will get back to work. In order to prolong the
battery life time, charge it once every 2–3 months.
Warnings
To prolong the lifetime of this device, pull it out when starting the
engine of the car. Do not remove any cover to avoid the risk of an
electric shock or other damages. Do not attempt to disassemble
the device, it may result in short-circuit or even damage.
Do not scrape the surface of the device with sharp object and
keep it clean.
This device is NOT waterproof, do not use it in outdoor rainy days.
lf the device falls into the water, it may result in short-circuit. Use a
clean cloth to absorb the water on the device's surface or carefully
use a hairdryer to dry it.
Do not put the device on the dashboard of a vehicle, it may result
in a damage of the device and the battery inside by falling off or too
high temperature. Do not install the device near any heat source
(e.g. radiators or others). Keep the device away from direct sunlight.
This product has powerful intelligent protection function, such as
overcharge, over discharge, overload, short circuit protection
function etc. effectively extending the built-in battery life and mobile
phone battery life.
