2. Place the chopper blade set with the lower pair of blades facing downward onto the
fixed shaft in the processor bowl.
3. Cut the ingredients into small pieces, put them into the processor bowl, cover the
bowl lid and lock the lid.
4. Connect the bowl lid coupling unit to the hand blender motor unit, and turn
clockwise to lock it.

5. Plug in the appliance and press switch I or switch II to start the appliance. Release
the switch to stop the appliance when the ingredients reach the desired effect.
II. Slicing / Fine Shredding / Julienne Function
1. Choose the blade for different processing effect. Then push the blade into the slot
of the insert disk holder.
2. Put the insert disk holder onto the blade shaft, then put them into the bowl with the
fixed shaft of the bowl inserting to the blade shaft.
3. Cover the bowl lid and lock the bowl. Connect the bowl lid coupling unit to the
hand blender motor unit, and turn clockwise to lock it.
4. Put the ingredients into the feed chute tube and always push them down by the
pusher.
5. Plug in the appliance and press switch I or switch II to start the appliance. Release
the switch to stop the appliance.
Hands shall not reach in the feeder. Never place ingredients in the
processor bowl via feeder by hand without protection. Always use
the food pusher.
