• The maximum time for continuous operation should not exceed 72 hours. Otherwise,
the service life of the appliance may be negatively affected.
• Every time the process is complete, set the temperature to the lowest setting and
switch off the appliance. Disconnect the mains plug.
• If the product is switched on and is working properly, the white display should be
enabled and the fan should be running audibly.
• The food has to be pretreated before drying, for example, by cleaning, cutting,
stripping, immersing, etc. This pre-treatment helps in preserving the colour and
taste of the food.
• The compartments should not be overloaded with food items. Food items should
not be placed one above the other. Different food items have different drying times.
• During operation, the appliance heats up to the set temperature. Arrange the food
items properly to achieve a uniform drying effect.
