8.4 Set Favorite Channel
1. Press
keys to select a channel.
2. Press
Red
key to mark it with a symbol ( ). If you
want to cancel this setting, press
Red
key again.
Press
EXIT
key to exit the channel edit menu after
setting, and then you get asked for confirmation. Se-
lect “OK” to save the setting.
9. System Setting
9.1 Common Setting
Select Main Menu
→
System Set
→
Common Set and press
OK
key to enter.
Menu Language:
Default is English.
Menu Transparence:
You can view menu shaded
by adjusting the transparency level of the
On-Screen Display (OSD). Press
keys to
select transparence level from 70% to 100%.
Antenna Power:
Press
keys to select On or
Off. If you have an antenna booster, you should
set the option to On to supply power to it.
LCN(Logical Channel Number):
Press
keys to select On or Off. If the option is set
to On, the LCN of all the found channel is still original number. If the option is set to Off, the
LCN of all the found channels are name with new number.
Time Zone Set:
Make sure that your local time is correctly display on this option, otherwise,
press
keys to select a time zone as you live.
DayLight:
If daylight saving time is observed in your state at the moment, set the option to
On.
Note: Daylight saving time adds one hour to the time when the option is set to On.
When setting the time offset from Greenwich Mean Time, make sure that time offset
does not include daylight saving time.
9.2 Video and Audio Setting
You can to configure the video and audio settings appropriately to your TV set and other ap-
pliances.
Select Main Menu
→
System Set
→
Video Set and press
OK
key to enter.
Aspect Ratio:
You will not fully enjoy wide-screen program with your normal-screen TV. To
watch wide-screen program with normal-screen TV, set the option to Letter Box or
pan-scan. Wide-screen pictures then will be reduced to fit to the width of the normal screen.
