Function Memory
You can create up to 5 shortcuts to the Setup menu items that you
often access. Rather than navigate through the whole Setup
menu each time you want to alter a setting, you can access the
setting straight from the Function Memory list.
How to add a menu item to the Function
Memory list
Press the SETUP button to display the Setup menu.

Select a menu item you want to add by pressing the
DIRECTION buttons.

Press the FUNCTION MEMORY button.

The item is added to the Function Memory list, and "FM" icon
appears on the left side of the item.
Repeat step

to add more items.

If you try to add more than 5 items, the PROHIBIT icon will
appear on the screen.

To delete an item from the Function Memory list, select an item
with FM icon by pressing the DIRECTION buttons, and press
the FUNCTION MEMORY button.

Following items cannot be added to the Function Memory list,
and the PROHIBIT icon or "This item cannot be registered in
the function memory" will appear on the screen:
When the selection has been finished, press the SETUP
button to exit the Setup menu.

How to use the shortcut

If you were in the Setup menu, press the SETUP button to exit.
Press the FUNCTION MEMORY button.

The Function Memory list appears on the screen.

If there is no shortcut in the list, "FM creates menu item
shortcuts" will appear.

If no button is pressed for 30 seconds, the list will disappear
from the screen.
Select a shortcut by pressing the UP/DOWN buttons, and
press the ENTER button.

The Setup menu which include the selected item appears on
the screen.
Change the setting using the DIRECTION buttons and the
ENTER button.
Press the FUNCTION MEMORY button to exit.
