Erasing Files from a USB Flash Drive
CAUTION
Do not disconnect the USB flash drive during erasing. Do not
turn the unit off or disconnect the power cord during erasing.
Doing so might cause damage to the AD-RW900 and the
connected USB flash drive.
Erasing a file

Start playing the file that you want to delete (page 22).

Press the ERASE button.
“Erase file?” appears on the display.

Within 6 seconds, press the ERASE button again.
“Erasing” appears on the display, the file currently being played is
erased, and playback stops.
Recording on a Cassette Tape (1)
Using this unit, the contents of CDs, USB flash drives and audio input
from other devices by the LINE IN and PHONO jacks or the DIGITAL IN
terminal can be recorded on cassette tapes.
You can record on Normal (type ) and Chrome (type ) tapes with
this unit. Recording on Metal (type ) is not supported by this unit.

You can record on a single or on both sides of the tape.

This unit can also record to CDs and USB flash drives, but it cannot
simultaneously record to these media and cassette tapes.

Put a cassette tape in the compartment.

If the erasure prevention tabs of the cassette tape have been
broken off, cover the holes using pieces of adhesive tape.

Press the SOURCE button repeatedly to select the source
to be recorded (CD, USB, LINE IN, PHONO or DIGITAL).
