Te Pari Racewell Trailer System Assembly Guide
Your trailer may arrive fully assembled in some situations .
When the trailer is supplied requiring assembly follow the guide below to assemble it .
There are only 5 main joints that need to be bolted together
as shown here labelled 1 through 5 .
Note: 6 shown below is the removable cross bar
for it is not permanently fixed and is held in
place with a pin clip .
The jockey wheel is not shown in this diagram .
Tow bar to the front of
the left and right frames
Tow bar cross member to
the left and right frames
Upper cross frame to the end
of the left and right frames
