ENSURE SOUNDBAR AND SUB-WOOFER IS
PROPERLY CONNECTED TO THE OUTLET AND IS
RECEIVING POWER.
•
ENSURE THAT THE SOUNDBAR AND SUB-WOOFER
ARE NOT TOO FAR FROM EACH OTHER.
•
ENSURE YOU HAVE TRIED RE-PAIRING THE SUB-
WOOFER AT LEAST ONCE. (BY PRESSING AND
HOLDING THE PAIRING BUTTON FROM THE BACK
OF SUB-WOOFER FOR 5 SECONDS.)
•
COMPLETE POWER CYCLE THE SOUNDBAR
(UNPLUG FOR 15-30 SECONDS AND RECONNECT)
•
POWER CYCLE THE SUB-WOOFER (UNPLUG 15-30
SECONDS).
•
RE-ATTEMPT THE PAIRING PROCESS ONCE MORE
AND THE LIGHT SHOULD BECOME SOLID ONCE
SUCCESSFULLY PAIRED.
•
IF ISSUE PERSISTS, PROCEED WITH ESCALATION IF
STILL IN-WARRANTY.
