the nameplate: 
Part number: encoded model number explained on the following page 
FLA: the rated continuous operating current (RMS amps) 
System Voltage: the maximum VFD output voltage (fundamental) 
Hz: the maximum VFD output frequency (fundamental) 
Phase: 3 – The MotorShield

 is designed for use only with 3-phase loads.
