Turn the ring to set the temperature and time. Turn the ring
up to increase
the temperature and time, down to decrease it. The set temperature and time
will adjust as you turn. Maximum Temperature Setting is 95°C/203°F. Time
Setting ranges from 00:00 to 99:99.
