Shoulder press
1. Move the cable arms to the lowest position and sit
on the strength station. The back rests against the
backrest.
2. Grasp handles of cable pulley arms and pull to
shoulder height. Backs of hands point towards the
weight station, wrists remain straight at all times.
3. Now straighten the arms
at the elbow and bring
the handles up. Do not
overstretch the arms.
Front lift cable pull
1. Stand hip-width apart with your back to the strength
station, grasp the lower handlebar from above and pull
to hip height.
2. Slightly tense the torso muscles and keep the upper body
upright. The wrists remain straight at all times.
3. Now lift the handle bar forward with
arms almost straight. The shoulders
remain low.
