3 ASSEMBLY
1. Open the cap (B) on the base (A) and fill the base with water (fig. A)
or sand (fig. B).
2. Close the cap (B).
3. Assemble the movable middle part (C)
to the base (A), with eight bolts (D).
4. Attach the adjustable part (E) to the
movable middle part (C).
5. Adjust the desired heigth of the PU Man
(F) from 63“ to 75“.
6. For draining the water: open the cap
(on the top of the base).

Do not wear jewellery like rings or
accessory on your shoes while using
the training equipment.

The storage location should be chosen so that improper use by third
parties or children can be prevented.
1. Clean the device with a dry soft cloth.
2. Store the device in the supplied carton in a dry environment.
