Assembly
Support the equipment frame on an easel.
After assembling the four tires on the rims (this assembly must be done by a
professional), assemble the rear hubs to the frame and the two rear wheels to these hubs
right after, following the instructions on page 12.
Assemble the front hubs (A) to the frame (B) using pins and spring pins, according
to the illustration.
Then, assemble the direction bars (C) to the drawbar support (D) and to the hubs (A),
locking with pins and spring pins.
Assemble the front wheels (E) to the hubs (A) using bolts (F), spring washers and
nuts found on the hubs; tighten the nuts gradually so that the rim flange stays perfectly
centralized and firm on the hub. Lastly, remove the easels, underpin the wheels and
retighten all wheel nuts.

NOTE
Assembly of the wheels and tires to the wheelset axle
The chaser bin can be supplied with or
without tires.
NOTE
It is necessary to ballast the tires using water on the opposite side of the
unload tube.
