- Check the presence of
foreign elements that may
obstruct the maneuvering
of the aforementioned
services.
- Replace control cable
- Dismantle and clean the
valve or replace by
qualified personnel.
- Check pressures and
replace the pump if
necessary by qualified
personnel
- Check the pressure of
the pump in the cabin
manometer, if it is
maximum, manually
unclog the auger.
- Grease turning points
- Detect the affected
element and call qualified
personnel.
The discharge tape does
not work
- Mechanical jam of any of
these services.
- Valve control cable stuck
or broken
- Valve stuck by some
particle present in the
hydraulic circuit.
- The pump has no
pressure.
The auger does not work
- Jam due to accumulation
of product or foreign
elements.
- Jammed or poorly oiled
pivot points.
- Breakage of some
mechanical drive element
