Beginning work

With the machine started:

Always turn the keyswitch to the 0-position and remove the key from the 
machine if you are going to be out of sight of the machine. 
With the machine started:

Cleaning method

Direct method:

Scrubbing and vacuuming in one pass.

Indirect working method:

Apply the cleaning solution (only scrubbing), afterwards scrubbing and 
vacuuming.
The cleaning methods are described in detail in the ”Method Card”. You can 
obtain this from your TASKI partner.

Refilling the solution tank

The rattling noise from the dosing pump indicates that the solution tank is 
empty.

The disposal of the dirty water or the cleaning solution must be carried out in 
accordance with the appropriate national regulations.

Caution:

Always wear non-slip shoes and appropriate work clothing while 
working with this machine!

• Lower the squeegee.

• Switch on the keyswitch.

The indicators light up briefly.

• Lower the brush unit using the brush unit pedal, refer to page 24.

• First press the cleaning solution button, and 

then the suction unit button.

The indicators light up briefly.

• Choose the volume of solution (+/- button for 

cleaning solution dosing control).

The chosen setting is displayed with green 

lights.

• By gently pressing the speed control in the 

direction of drive, the machine is set in to 
motion.

The tools start to turn and the solution is fed 

through the centre.

If no operations are carried out on the machine, it will switch itself 
off after 5 minutes.

• No manipulations of any kind may be carried out on the brushes.
• the operator must remain within sight of the machine.

• only the squeegee may be cleaned from sucked-in or jammed objects.
• If the J-Fit dosing system has been fitted, the concentrate bag may be 

changed or the settings of the J-Fit machine may be modified.

• the operator may only leave the machine for the purposes of clearing the 

area to be cleaned, but must remain in visual contact with the machine.

Caution:

Do not clean without solution, as it could cause floor damage.

• Stop cleaning.
• Refill the tank, see page 24.

Start

• Stop the flow of solution.

• Drive a few metres so that the tools rotate further for a short time. You will 

avoid dripping by doing this.

Very important when using contact pads!

• To raise the tool, press down the foot pedal and 

lock it in place.

• Drive on a few metres further in order to pick up the remaining dirty water.

• Raise the squeegee.

Allow the suction unit to continue running until 

the rest of the dirty water has been sucked into 

the hose.

• Switch off the suction unit first, and then the 

keyswitch.

Always drain and clean the recovery tank every time you use the 
machine.

If the dirty water is allowed to stand, unpleasant smells and 

deposition of the dirt will take place after a few hours.

• Switch the machine off.

• Take the soiled solution hose from its holder. 

(When emptying the tank, always follow the 
regulations of the detergent manufacturer 
regarding personal protective equipment.)

• Press the neck (1) of the hose together.
• Pull the cover from the hose at the height of the 

handle and slowly lower the end of the hose to 
drain the recovery tank.

 (When emptying the tank, please observe the stipulations of the 
manufacturer of the cleaning agent with regard to personal 
protective equipment.)
Open the blue cap at the height of the handle and then slowly 
lower the end of the hose to drain out the contents.
