Deleting a single memo:

Access the “memo” menu. Don't remember how? Just press the TapKey
momentarily. After the tone, say "memo" and you are there!

Say "delete", and,  at the prompt, say the name of the memo you wish to delete.
If found, TapMemo will playback the memo name and ask you for confirmation
before deleting the memo. Once deleted, a memo cannot be restored.

Another method of deleting the memo name and the memo itself is by using the
"entries playback" command. Read below for more details.

Deleting all memos:

Access the “memo” menu. Don't remember how? Just press the TapKey
momentarily. After the tone, say "memo" and you are there!

Say "clear all entries". TapMemo will ask you for confirmation before deleting all
of the memos. Once deleted, the memos cannot be restored, so please exercise
caution with this function!

Playing back all the memos names:

Access the “memo” menu. Don't remember how? Just press the TapKey
momentarily. After the tone, say "memo" and you are there!

Say "entries playback" and TapMemo will play back the names of the memos
stored. If you wish to skip to the next memo, press the Volume Up button. To go
backwards and hear a previous memo, press the Volume Down button.

If you press the TapKey button while hearing a memo name, TapMemo will ask
you if you wish to play or delete that memo. Say "delete" to delete this memo
along with its recording. Say "play" if you wish to hear the memo itself. If you
wish to stop the playback, say nothing at the prompt or press the TapKey button
again. After playing or deleting the memo, TapMemo will continue with the overall
memos playback.

Using the Calendar

Please note:

Since all calendar functions are time based, you will not be able to

use the calendar function if the TapMemo clock is not set.

TapMemo's calendar can hold up to 30 appointments. Each appointment is
associated with a single recording that can contain the appointment location,

participant

s, etc. You will need to set the date & time of the appointment and also

an optional reminder. Once an appointment reminder, with date and time, is
reached, TapMemo will play back the appointment name and will then tell you
when the appointment will occur.  Once an appointment date and time are
reached, TapMemo will play back the appointment's name and additional data (if
such data was recorded).

24 hours after an appointment's date and time pass, it will be automatically
deleted to free memory space.
