Pull the frying pan out and place it on a level and heat-resistant surface. Be
careful of hot steam.

Slide the Release Button Cover forward and press the Basket Release Button to
remove the frying basket from the pan.

Empty the fried food into a bowl or onto a plate or take out with tongs or
other tools.
Note:
• Watch for hot oil or fat collected in the pan. To avoid splashing, drain oil before placing the
frying basket.
