Installation
Power on
Power on the monitor and use the monitor remote control to select the Audio/Video input used (refer to your
monitor manual). If you are using S-video from the system (Video Out 1), remember to select S-Video input to
avoid a black and white picture.
Select Audio/Video input on monitor
Selection of Audio/Video input used is generally performed by pressing the
0/AV
button on the TV remote
control several times. Please refer to your monitor user manual for further information.
3. ISDN cables
• CConnect the ISDN cables to the ISDN sockets (S/T-interface) provided by the service provider. Your main
number will be the number associated with the socket to which ISDN cable number 1 is connected.

The TANDBERG 800 does not have a built-in network terminator. If your wall socket provides you with
an ISDN U-interface, you will need an NT1 between your TANDBERG 800 and your ISDN line, see Appendix 1.

4. Power cable
• Connect the power cable from the TANDBERG 800 power connector to an electrical distribution socket.
5. LAN cable
• To use the system on LAN, connect a LAN cable from the ‘Ethernet’ connector on the system to your LAN.
