4.2 Tape Cartridge Operation 

Use  only  certified  quality  cartridges  for  the  Tandberg  LTO  HH  Tape  Drives.  Do  not  use  worn  or 
audibly  noisy  cartridges.  Cartridges  which  repeatedly  require  rewriting  of  large  numbers  of  data-
blocks per track should also be rejected.
