After washing and drying, check the general technical condition of all components and, if necessary,
remove the detected defect or replace the worn element with a new one.
In the event of damage to the varnish coat, remove the old paint residue mechanically, degrease it,
then apply a layer of primer. After it is dry, apply the appropriate varnish coat. Damaged and worn
parts should be replaced. Check all bolted connections, and tighten the loosened ones according to
table 5.

The machine manufacturer, Talex, provides access to all parts.

Keep all safety signs on the machine clean.
9.2. Lubrication points
Properly carried out periodic maintenance activities significantly reduce the wear of cooperating
elements and additionally protect against corrosion.
Lubricate all the lubrication points listed below. These operations must be performed using a grease
gun for solid lubricants. Before commencing lubrication, clean the lubrication point of contamination
and the remains of previously used grease, and check the condition of the grease nipple for damage.
In the event of damage, it should be replaced with a functional one. After lubricating, remove excess
grease in order to reduce dust adhesion.
All maintenance and servicing works are performed with the vehicle's engine off,
the pressure and revs lost, with the vehicle and machine secured.
Avoid contact with the oil!
Use personal protective equipment such as: protective clothing, footwear, gloves
and glasses.
The lubrication point on the shaft bearing (assuming continuous operation for 8 hours) should be
lubricated with ŁT43 machine grease every day before work, while the lubrication points on the
support feet should be lubricated at least once a month Fig. 12. Lubrication points.
