TERMS OF WARRANTY
- The seller guarantees the reliable operation of BOCIAN swather within 12 months from the date of sale.
Faults detected in this period shall be repaired free of charge by the service facility provided in the Warranty
Card within 14 days from the breakdown notification date or delivery of the faulty machine to the facility.
- Warranty repair does not involve actions stipulated elsewhere in the instruction book as to be performed by
the user at his or her own cost.
- The warranty does not include:
* Mechanical damage of the machine caused by the user or any faults resulting from it,
* Damage and faults caused by:
1. operation, storage, or maintenance that is incorrect or inconsistent with the instructions
2. usage that is incorrect or inconsistent with the operation instructions
3. application of incorrect maintenance materials.
