Turn the cover counterclockwise.

Pinch the front and back of the cover 

to deform and remove the catch.

Attach the sponge to the shower hose.

Attach the sponge and sponge bracket to the 

shower hose, between the shower head bracket 

and the cover.

Align groove in the cover and protrusion of the holder until they snap into place.
