To prevent accidents, the customer should be informed before being seated that the seat
will slide.

Do not move the basin too fast. Failure to
take this precaution may result in breakage
of the product.
Be sure to tilt the basin to the lower-limit
position, otherwise it will not lock.
After moving the basin, check that the basin
is securely in position. If not, there is a
possibility of personal injury.

Allow the customer to grip the armrest of the chair.
Moving the body weight onto the backrest will recline the
backrest and slide the seat.

For some customers with a short stature, the head may not
reach the basin, which prevents comfortable use of the chair.
If this is the case, the basin can be tilted forward to adjust to
the customer's neck.

Operation Procedures
Allow the customer to sit in the chair and then apply the shampoo cloth.
The customer may place the feet on the step.
Move the lock lever in the direction as shown in the
illustration on the right to release the lock.
(Be sure to move the lever until it is securely in position.)

- Set the tilt lever forward to release the lock.
- While released, firmly hold the front end of the basin with
both hands, and tilt the basin in the direction as shown in
the illustration on the right.
- The basin will lock automatically when it reaches the lower
limit position.
When sliding the seat, be sure to hold the
customer's head with your hand.
Failure to take this precaution will result in
the possibility of the customer hitting the
head on the basin.
For the seat with the step, the step will also
move forward as the seat slides.
Pay attention to avoid allowing the step to
contact the customer's leg.
The seat and the backrest will return to the
home position from the force of the spring
and the gas cylinder. Be careful to avoid
catching your hand in the moving parts.
