Link Settings
There are no changes to the factory default settings.
Programming
Program the Satsync 7 module(s) as required for:
■
output frequencies
■
output levels
■
fault output delay.
Note
If two Satsync 7 modules are fitted, set the same fault output delay
for each module.
Change the timing source to
PPS Only
by selecting the check box.
With the timing source set as PPS Only, the Satsync 7 module(s) do not
check for NMEA data. They assume that the 1PPS signal is always valid
(although it must be present). This is required in this configuration because
no NMEA data is provided from the RSU GPS receiver. Instead the RSU
provides a VALID signal, and this is used by the T801-4 system interface
board to control the 1PPS outputs (as required). The VALID signal from
the RSU is not available to the Satsync 7 modules.
