Introduction

The Tait T2020

radio is a state-of-the-art mobile radio that provides outstanding communi-

cation flexibility and a wide range of innovative features. The T2020

is microprocessor con-

trolled so that it can be configured to suit your personal needs and those of your fleet, for

greater communication effectiveness.

Do not allow any part of your body to come within 20cm of the antenna for more

than a few minutes while the radio is transmitting, unless there is an interven-

ing metal screen.

Switch the radio off at petrol filling stations.

Switch the radio off in the vicinity of explosive devices (such as in a quarry that

uses blasting techniques).

Use of a handheld microphone or a radio while in the act of driving could

contravene the legislation that applies in your country or state. Please check

the vehicle regulations in your own country.
