Tailwind E-Bikes User Manual

Tires should not be deflated unless necessary.  To minimize

tire wear and for maximum riding safety, comfort, and

handling, maintain recommended tire air pressure.  This

can be found on the side wall of all tires.  Use a reliable

tire air pressure gauge to check for proper inflation before

every ride.  At the same time, inspect tires for excessive

wear and cracks.  Replace tires if necessary.

Periodically clean your Tailwind E-Bike with a damp cloth.

Avoid spraying the Tailwind with a water hose to avoid

electrical issues. Store your Tailwind in a dry, sheltered area

away from direct sunlight and wet or damp environments.

It is also recommended to apply chain lube (such as Tri-

Flow or ProLink) to the drivetrain of your E-Bike when

you clean it up or wipe it down to keep it in good running

condition.
