Assembly Instructions

Remove cover

Place the AV192R on a clean bench with the rear facing you. Remove the 5 M3 Torx screws that

retain the cover on the rear.  Remove the M4 countersunk Torx screw from each side of the cover. 

Grip the sides of the cover at the rear and prise out slightly.  Slide the cover back about 5mm to

free the front edge from under the fascia and then remove the cover.

Pillar for Dual Sharc card

Pillar supplied in kit - needs to be mounted on

the Dual Sharc card.

Pillar mounted on component side, washer

and nut on underside.

Remove Dual Sharc card

Dual Sharc card is held in position with 3 M3

Torx screws.  Note that there is one large

mounting hole vacant.

Remove the 3 M3 Torx screws holding the

Dual Sharc card in position.  Carefully

withdraw the Dual Sharc card from the

headers on the chassis board.

Fit the pillar in the vacant mounting hole

noted above as indicated on the left.

Refit the card taking care to align the headers,

do not force into position - do not fit the

screws.
