fitness for a particular purpose. Although this limited warranty gives you
specific rights, you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
This Warranty is void if failure of the Realux
™
VHO T6-IV PL Power
Compact Fixture or any part, sealant or component thereof is due to (i)
misuse, (ii) tampering, (iii) negligence, (iv) misapplication, (v) abuse, (vi)
accident and/or (vii) failure to properly (a) maintain, (b) clean, (c) proper
bulbs, (d) reassemble, (e) keep unit from coming into contact with water
and/or use Realux
™
VHO T6-IV PL Power Compact Fixture with a Ground
Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).

VHO T6-IV PL Power Compact Fixture by insured mail.
The Realux
™
VHO T6-IV PL Power Compact Fixture may be sent by UPS
requiring signature upon arrival. Any replacement Realux
™
VHO T6-IV
PL Power Compact Fixture will be warranted for remaining of the original
warranty period. In no event shall any shipping charges be reimbursed. In
no event will T.A.A.M. Inc.
®
be liable for any consequential or incidental
damages including, but not limited to loss of life, personal injury, property
damage, damaged equipment, lost profits, lost wages, lost savings, lost
income, etc. Some states do not allow for these limitations or exclusion of
liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion
may not apply to you.

CAUTION
Directions for VHO T6 PL Bulb Installation
Lie bulb flat in the reflector.
Align pins of the bulb with the holes in the socket.
Press opposite end of the bulb to snap into the bulb clamp.
Gently press the bulb into the socket by using the silicon boot.
Press the silicon boot so that the groove on the silicon boot fits
snug in the socket.
Secure the bulb using the silicon band. The band is designed to
secure the end of the bulb.
Failure to properly install will either break the bulb
or the light fixture will not turn on. If the unit does
not work, unplug it and verify the bulb is properly
inserted in the socket.
