How to add a new friend
1. Touch Main Menu > Talk.
2. Press the MENU button, and then touch Add friend.
3. Enter the Talk instant messaging ID or Google email address of the
friend you want to add.
4. Touch Send invitation.
How to accept an invitation
1. Touch Main Menu > Talk.
2. Press the MENU button, and then touch Invites. If you have invited
anyone to chat or if you have been invited to chat by someone else,
this will show up on the pending invitations screen.
3. Touch a pending invitation, and then touch Accept, Cancel or
Block.
How to change your online status
1. Touch Main Menu > Talk.
2. Touch the online status icon beside your name, and then select
the status you want on the menu.
3. Touch the text box on the left of your online status icon, and then
enter your status message using the onscreen keyboard.
4. Save your changes.
How to start a chat
1. Touch Main Menu > Talk.
2. Do one of the following:
•Touch a friend in the friends list.
•Navigate to a friend using the Navigation key, and then press the
OK key.
3. Chat with your friend by entering text using the onscreen
keyboard.
4. After entering your message, touch Send.
