Filter Maintenance
Pre-filter & Hepa filter:
•
The vacuum cleaner contains 2 filters located inside the dust container. A plastic pre-filter and a Hepa filter.
•
The two filters separate the dirt particles from very fine dust, using centrifugal forces to larger dust elements
such as hair, crumbs, and other bigger particles.
•
The Hepa filter can trap large number of very small particles and minimize dust, dander, pollen, and other
common allergens in home.
•
The pre-filter as well as the Hepa filter need to be in a good condition before using the appliance. It might be
necessary to clean the filters or wash them before using the appliance.
•
It is recommended to replace the Hepa filter every 8 to 12 months. However, you may need to change the
Hepa filter sooner or later depending on how often you use the appliance.
•
It is important to watch out for the following signs of expired filter.
-
Increased operation noise.
