Pressure controller REP 6/10
6.2 Setting max. output voltage (speed limitation) (P7)
Cos
ϕ
adaptation of output voltage
Need only be done as necessary
1. Switch (3) in position "1".
2. Turn the speed potentiometer (P4) to its right-most end position.
3. Set maximum speed by turning (P7) to the desired rpm. This setting must made with max. fan
output. All dampers must be open if radial fans are used.
6.3 Setting control range (P8)
Choice of control range (P8) proportion of controller:
P8 in left-most position gives high amplification and thereby rapid control reaction with low control stability.
In its right-most position, (P8) gives low amplification, i.e. longer control reaction with high control stability.
6.4 Setting rpm with external signal
1. Switch (3) in position "1".
2. Set the desired reference value on potentiometer P4. The scale 0-100% corresponds to the sensor's
measuring range.
Pressure control
E.g. DSG 500 pressure sensor (measuring range 0-500 Pa)
Setting P4 to 50 % 250 Pa
7. Faults And How To Rectify Them
7.1 Mains interference
Interference in the mains supply such as phase loss will cause the controller to
shut down and the lamp indicating operation (LED2) will go out. The controller will
start up automatically once the mains supply returns to normal.
7.2 Fusing
Check the internal fuse if the operating indicator lamp (LED2) is not on when the main switch is set to "I". The
fuse is located in the connection section of the controller and is accessed by removing the plastic cover. The
integral fuse is a semi-conductor fuse and not an in-line protector. The motor connection must be checked
before starting up if the fuse has been replaced.
