Installation
The transportation of the exhaust air must be done in according to local rules and regulations. The Exhaust air
must not be led into a smoke exhaust duct used to exhaust smoke gases from e.g. gas/fireplaces, wood/oil
boilers etc.
Installation of duct connector with damper
Mount the duct connector (provided) before installing the cooker hood (fig. 2) . This is done by positioning the
damper axle, A, under the damper lid. Make sure that the fixing devises, B, are placed under the edge of the
plate. Press the connector into position and fix by means of the snap locks.

Installation
Install the cooker hood under standard kitchen/ventilator cupboard or unit by means of the provided screws,
(fig. 3) . Mounting brackets, for alternative installation, can be supplied as additional equipment, (fig. 4) .
Placing
The Distance between electrical cooker and cooker hood must be at least 400 mm. In case of gas cooker the
distance to the cooker hood needs to be increased to 650 mm. If a bigger distance is recommended by the
gas cooker producer that distance needs to be taken into account when mounting the cooker hood.
NOTE! If flexible duct is installed for connection between cooker hood and duct system, make sure that the
duct dimension is not reduced (fig. 5) .
