
12. Setting up and programming the camera
Make sure that the product is turned off (
OFF
position) before the using the
TEST OFF CAM
PSET
switch.
When you first turn on the camera with the switch at the
CAM
position, the LC display shows the
camera status. The LC display may show the following indicators.

This camera allows you to choose between three operating modes - camera mode, preset mode
and standard surveillance mode (see chapter 14, “PRE-TAKE” function).
7 settings levels are available in camera mode:
Level 1:
Time and date
Level 2:
Image or video
Level 3:
Image resolution
Level 4:
Multi-shot and video length
Level 5:
Motion detection (PIR) / Select time lapse
Level 6:
Time-out setting in PIR / Time lapse mode
Level 7:
Recording time setting in time lapse mode
The camera automatically switches to power-saving mode if no button is pressed for a
period of 5 minutes. Slide the switch to
OFF
and then to
TEST
to activate the camera
again.
