• To remove the SD card, press it in slightly and then remove.
SD cards must be clean and undamaged and should not include images from other
sources. If you use SD cards from other cameras, first format (FAT32) them using your
computer before use in the product.
The following file systems are not supported:
NTFS, exFAT
a) Formatting an SD card
WARNING:
Before you format your SD card, make sure to back up all existing files. Formatting
erases all files on the SD card.
• Set the
TEST OFF CAM PSET
switch to the
TEST
position. The LC display shows the
camera status.
• Press the
M
button to enter program selection mode.
• Press ▲ / ▼ button to select the format feature. The LC display shows “FO” and “88 88 88”.
Press the
OK
button.
• Press and hold the ▲ / ▼ buttons simultaneously until the LC display shows “00 00 00”. The
SD card has been formatted and all files on the SD card are deleted.
• Press the
M
button to leave the menu.
