Adjust the brakes
Adjustment of the calipers must be checked before the first ride and if necessary. readjust, so that the brake pads are not exces-
sively dragged on the brake disc or it is even blocked. If this is the case, the caliper must be readjusted using the two adjusting
screws (screws with small springs) in the middle of the brake disc. The same process is also necessary if the pads wear during
operation.
If the grinding can not be remedied by this, the brake cable itself must be loosened somewhat so that the two brake pads
thereby move away from each other.
When switching from single to dual motor operation, the following should be noted. If switching from single to dual mode and
back again, switching over to dual mode must not take place within a few seconds otherwise the safety circuit of the control unit
is activated which thus adopts an error of the throttle grip and blocks the front engine so that it can not be activated.
Should this still occur, simply switch back to single mode, wait about 30 seconds, then the dual mode can be reactivated. This
protective device protects the motor from damage in the event of a malfunction of the throttle grip.
