Saving numbers from the calls list to the directory
1. Press . Scroll through until you reach the entry you are seeking.
2. Press the softkey under OPTIONS , SAVE NUMBER . Enter the name for the associated
number and define your individual settings. Assign the entry to the relevant user and
save.
Deleting individual entries
1. Press . Scroll through the relevant calls list (for answered and unanswered calls) until
you reach the entry you are seeking.
2. Press the softkey under OPTIONS , DELETE CALL and delete the entry.
Deleting the entire calls list
Press and DELETE ALL CALLS to delete the entire list.
