Displaying call charges
Charges are transmitted automatically from the exchange. The factor is CHF 0.10. If a
factor is entered (e.g. 0.20) it will be overwritten by the factor of 0.10 transmitted by
the exchange with every outgoing call.
You can check the ongoing units /total charges and the charges of the last call made
(depending on setting, see page 48) on each Comfort handset. The total charges
includes the charges accrued by this handset. If you don't receive any rate information
from your network provider, the call duration is displayed.
Displaying and deleting the cost overview
The handset displays the charges for each internal user, for each MSN that has been set
up and for the whole system .

The costs displayed on the handset and the charges made by the network
provider may differ. It is always the network provider's charges which
must be paid.

Open the menu.

Call Charges
Select the menu item and confirm.
Cost overview
Confirm. The total amount (for all internal parties) is
displayed.

Scroll to the accounts of the individual internal
parties or set-up MSNs.
If necessary, delete the amount from the cost
overview:

Scroll to the required cost overview (total amount,
account of an internal party or an MSN).
Press the display key to open the submenu.

Delete amount
Select the menu item and confirm.

Total and individual charges must be deleted separately. I.e., if you delete
the amount of an MSN, the individual charges of the handsets are
retained, and must be deleted separately.
