This will stop the process before milk has reached its final temperature and complete

Daily Cleaning of iSteam®
For the daily cleaning of the iSteam you need the following items:
•
Steaming pitcher
•
Egro Milk Cleaner
•
Clean towel
6.4.1
Evening...
1. CLEAN WATER fill steaming pitcher 3/4 full with clean cold water
2. MILK SOLUTION pour approximately one oz. (one shot glass) of
Egro Milk cleaner into steaming pitcher with water
3. SOAK OVERNIGHT submerge wand into pitcher containing milk
solution and soak overnight or for a minimum of one hour

Morning...
4. CLEAN WATER: remove pitcher from steam wand, dump dirty water, rinse pitcher and fill with
clean water
5. RINSE WAND: submerge wand into pitcher containing clean water, activate wand by pressing the
Latte key, deactivate after a few seconds
6. WIPE: wipe steam wand and steam wand tip clean, using damp towel
7. PURGE: purge wand by pressing the Latte key and allowing steam to escape for a few seconds
