Safety
•
Use the eraser only if you have read and understood.
•
The eraser is equipped with a safety lever that prevents accidental switch on. If this
safety lever is broken, the device may not be used.
•
Before use, always make a visual inspection of the eraser. Is the safety devices O.K.?
Is the adapter firmly bolted to the shaft? If there is any cracks or other defects at the
device? In case of defects, the device may only be put back into service if the device is
repaired.
•
Repairs carried out by qualified personnel only.
•
Use only original spare parts.
•
Make no changes to the unit.
•
When working with the air eraser, always wear safety glasses and protective gloves.
•
Always replace wire brush, abrasive pad and eraser wheels identical manner using the
same specification.
•
Caution when using wire brush wheels. Fire by flying sparks!
•
Keep the eraser away from children.
•
Do not use in rooms where there are explosive or flammable substances.
•
Make sure that no other person in the immediate work area residents.
Maintenance
•
Before cleaning or maintenance, disconnect it from the air. Before each use, oils with
hydraulic oil. For this, fill a small amount of oil through the compressed air adaptor.
When using a lubricator, don’t need manually oiling.
•
Clean with a soft cleanser and brush or cloth.

Attention
If working on painted or other sensitive surfaces, the eraser may not be used a long time or
with high pressure at a same point on the surface. Surfaces or coatings can be damaged.
