D E S C R I P T I O N
This air hammer is designed for cutting through rusted metal or bolts and removing mortar from
cement blocks or bricks.
G E N E R A L S A F E T Y
1.
This air hammer is a part of a high pressure system. Do not exceed maximum operating pressure
of the air tool ( 90 PSI – 6,2 BAR ). The hammer could explore and result in death or serious injury.
2.
Disconnect the air drill from air compressor before changing tools or accessories, servicing and
during nonoperation.
3.
Always ear safety glasses and using hearing protection during operation.
4.
Do not wear loose fitting clothing and jewelry which may become caught in moving parts and
result in serious injury.
5.
Do not depress trigger when connecting the air hose.
6.
Never trigger the tool when not applied to a work object. Accessories must be securely attached.
7.
Make sure spring retainer, all connections are secure and check air hoses for weak or worn
condition before each use.

WARNING !!! Disconnect air supply before installing or any maintenance.
M A I N T E N A N C E T I P S
This air hammer requires lubrication BEFORE initial use and BEFORE and AFTER each additional use
throughout its life.
1.
WARNING !!! Disconnect the air hammer from the air supply and hold the tool upside down.
2.
Pull the trigger, put a half teaspoon of air tool oil into the air inlet.
3.
Reconnect the air hammer to the air supply and run the hammer for 20 seconds. Cover the
exhaust port with a towel and run for 20 seconds. Oil will discharge from the rear exhaust
port when air pressure is applied. Any excess oil in the motor is immediately expelled from the
exhaust port.
WARNING !!! Always direct exhaust port away from people or objects.
