Repair method:
The first is to identify the cause of failure. After the action of temperature limiter due to boiling is
excluded, repairman shall check internal connection line. If the insulation layer is found black or with
obvious corrosion, it needs to replace the internal connection line and even temperature limiter. Then,
it needs to measure the contact resistance between input/output end of temperature limiter; if it is
greater than 50m Ω, it is suggested to replace the temperature limiter and
return it to factory for
verification. To replace it with a snap-action temperature limiter, it needs to cover a layer of heat
conducting silica gel between temperature limiter and heating pipe, so as to ensure the good heat
conduction. Generally, this problem can be solved by replacement of temperature controller or guiding
user to correctly use the machine.
(IV) Fault analysis and troubleshooting for shower head without water flow or little water
The shower without water flow or little water results from low water pressure, shutdown of water and
other external reason, or blocking of internal outlet pipe. To solve such problems, repairman shall first
exclude the cause of external water supply and then solve the problem one by one according to the
following procedures:
Repair method:

Unscrew shower head, open water inflow valve and observe whether water drain is better,
because the eroded substance and water scale from consumed magnesium rods after long-term
use are prone to block shower head and reduce water yield;
2.
Loosen safety valve slightly and open water inflow valve. If it is normal at this moment, it shall
be identified that excessive tightness of safety valve forces the inlet of inner compartment to hold
down the internal relief spring of safety valve, so the repairman only needs to loosen it and seal it
with thread seal tape; if there is no water flow, it needs to unscrew safety valve and directly
connect inlet pipe to inner compartment, open water inflow valve and observe whether the water
drain is normal. If it is normal, it may be judged as a failure of safety valve. The space of safety
valve is relatively smaller, so it is easily blocked by silt and thread seal tape. In such a case, it
only needs to dismount and clean it;

If it is not attributed to shower head and safety valve, it needs to use a slender iron wire to clear
away the outlet pipe. Generally, the problem can be solved.
