FUEL SYSTEM     4-3

REMOVAL

1. Remove the motor cover.
2. Remove the recoil starter.
3. Turn the fuel cock lever “OFF” position.
4. Loosen the screw 

1

 securing the throttle control inner cable.

5. Detach the choke rod 

2

 from the carburetor.

6. Remove the fuel hose 

3

 from the fuel cock 

4

.

7. Remove the two bolts 

5

 securing the carburetor.

8. Remove the fuel hose 

6

 from the carburetor.

INSPECTION

Inspect the fuel hose.
If cracks, swelling or other damage is found, replace the fuel
hose.
