Step 1:  Mount Brackets on V

-

Rack with EZ Roller Pads 

(the one with the yellow collars).  

 

• 

60mm and 75mm bolts are supplied.  Select the 
longer bolts for thick crossbars and the 60mm 
bolts for thin crossbars.

 

• 

Insert 2 bolts in the V

-

Rack as shown (Fig. 1).  

Put an underside bracket on each bolt (you may 
need to push a little).  Secure loosely with a 
washer and T

-

This carrier mounts to an existing crossbar on your vehicle.  Suspenz carriers are compatible with factory 
mounted crossbars and with after market crossbars.

 

The crossbars must be spaced a minimum of 

24” 

apart. 

 

Do not exceed the vehicle manufactures rated loading for  roof  racks shown in the owners manual.

 

For  factory installed crossbars add the weight of these  Suspenz roof  racks (13 lbs. for  two) to the 
weight of your  watercraft and compare to the allowable load in the owners manual.

 

For after market  crossbars, add the weight of the crossbars to the weight of these  Suspenz roof  
racks (13 lbs. for  two) to the weight of your watercraft and compare to the allowable load in the 
owners manual.

Note:  If the 75mm bolts are not long enough, contact Suspenz as 100mm bolts are available.  

 

Step 2:  Install V

Rack with EZ Roller Pads on back 

crossbar of vehicle.

Place the V

-

Rack on the back crossbar of the 

vehicle with the yellow collars at the rear of the 
vehicle.  These rotating EZ rollers are the first 
point the watercraft will touch during loading 
(Fig. 2)

 

• 

Swing the brackets around, push bolts into the 
brackets, and secure with a washer and T

-

Knob.
