Sometimes during transport (or initial shipment
in the box), the sling will rotate on the padded
frame such that it is angled outwards as shown
in photo below.
Jam 1: Unable to Open the Stand?
When attempting to unfold the stand, the sling
gets stuck and unable to rotate on padded frame.
Close stand back to its original upright position
and adjust sling per photo in
“
The FIX
”.
The FIX:
To free the jammed sling, close the stand back to
the original upright position. It is now easy to
rotate the sling so that it is angled towards the
center. The stand will now unfold easily.

Jam 2: Sling not Fully Opened?
When the stand is unfolded, the sling gets
caught and folds over itself not allowing
the sling to fully open. Fold the stand
back to its original upright position and
adjust sling per photo in

”.
