PURGING AIR FROM THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.
Please follow the instructi ons to eliminate the air in the pump core if the product is lift ing slowly or can’t lift up.
1. Loosen Screw R33.
2. Press the Release Pedal R40 when the 2 piston (1st stage and 2nd stage) are in the lowest positi on.
3. Use a 3mm Wrench to loosen M6*8 bleed screw but DO NOT take it off .
4. Operate the Pedal R43 two or three ti mes unti l there is hydraulic oil (without bubble) overfl ow from the hole of bleed screw.
5. At the same ti me, use a 3mm Wrench to ti ghten M6*8 bleed screw.
6. Release Pedal R40 and operate Pedal R43 to check. Repeat the above steps if the product sti ll doesn’t work.
Please follow the instructi ons to eliminate the air in the ram if the product is lift ing or descending not smoothly.
7. Loosen Screw R33.
8. Operate Pedal R43 to make the adaptor at the highest positi on.
9. Use a 4mm Wrench to loosen M6*8 bleed screw but DO NOT take it off .
10. Operate the Pedal R43 two or three ti mes unti l there is hydraulic oil (without bubble) overfl ow from the hole of bleed screw.
11. At the same ti me, use a 4mm Wrench to ti ghten M6*8 bleed screw.
12. Press Release Pedal R40 to make the 2 pistons retracted. Repeat the above steps again if the pistons are not retracted normally.
