5-10 Onboard Indicators
LAN1/LAN2 LEDs
Each Ethernet port has two LEDs. The
yellow LED indicates activity when blink-
ing while the other LED may be green,
amber or off to indicate the speed of the
connection. See the table on the right for
the functions associated with the connec-
tion speed LED.

IPMI Dedicated LAN
In addition to the LAN ports, a dedicated
IPMI LAN port is also included on the
X9DRD-iF. The amber LED on the right
indicates activity, while the green LED on
the left indicates the speed of the con-
nection. See the table at right for more
information.

Onboard Standby Power LED
An Onboard Standby Power LED is lo-
cated at LED2 on the serverboard. When
LED2 is on, the system is running. Make
sure to disconnect the power cable before
removing or installing any components.

BMC Heartbeat LED
A BMC Heartbeat LED is located at
LEDM1 on the ser ver board. When
LEDM1 is blinking, the BMC is function-
