System Power Force On
Jumper JPF allows you to enable or
disable the Force-Power-On func-
tion. If enabled, system power will
always stay on. If disabled, the
user needs to press the power but-
ton to power on the system.

JLAN1/JLAN2 Enable/
Disable
Change the setting of jumper JPL1
to enable or disable the JLAN1
port and JPL2 to enable or disable
the JLAN2 port on the mother-
board. See the table on the right
for jumper settings. The default
setting is enabled.

Watch Dog Enable/Disable
JWD enables the Watch Dog func-
tion, a system monitor that takes
action when a software applica-
tion freezes the system. Jumping
pins 1-2 will have WD reboot the
s y s t e m i f a p r o g r a m f r e e z e s .
Jumping pins 2-3 will generate a
non-maskable interrupt for the pro-
gram that has frozen. See the
table on the right for jumper set-
tings. Watch Dog must also be en-
abled in BIOS.
