Failed System LED (via IPMI)
A Failed System LED is located at LED5 on the
motherboard. When this LED is blinking, the system
has been shut down due to a possible system fail-
ure. Take actions to correct the problem to ensure
proper system operation. See the table at right for
more information. Also refer to Page 1-6 for details
on LED indicators.

PWR Fail/Fan Fail/OH (Overheat) LED
Connect an LED cable to LED2 to use the Power
Fail/Fan Fail/Overheat LED. When LED2 is on,
possible system overheating, fan failure or power
failure has occurred. Take immediate actions to cor-
rect the problem to ensure proper system operation.
