Indicators
LAN1/LAN2 LEDs
The Ethernet ports (located beside
the VGA port) have two LEDs. On
each Gb LAN port, one LED indicates
activity when blinking while the other
LED may be amber or off to indicate
the speed of the connection. See
the table on the right for the func-
tions associated with the connection
speed LED.

Onboard Power LED (DP1)
DP1 is an Onboard Power LED. When this
LED is lit, it means power is present on the
serverboard. In suspend mode this LED
will blink on and off. Be sure to turn off the
system and unplug the power cord(s) be-
fore removing or installing components.
UID LED (LE1)
The LE1 LED will illuminate when the
UID button is pressed. Pressing the
button a second time will turn this
LED off. The UID LED is used to
help locate specifi c servers in heavily
populated server racks.
